About
Shavon Westfield
Mobile notary public. Brooklyn based, working across the city.
Most people meet a notary on one of the worst days of their year. A parent is in the hospital. A closing moved up. A form is due tomorrow and the bank branch closed at four. The paperwork is not the hard part of that day, and it should not become the hard part.
So Solin West runs simple. You call or send a note. You get a real time and a real price back. Someone shows up when they said they would, checks the ID, watches the signatures, fills the certificate out correctly, and logs it. Then you go back to your day.
The work is detail work. A wrong venue line, a missing date, a name that does not match the ID, and the whole document comes back rejected. That is a second appointment you did not want. Getting it right the first time is the entire job.

How we work
Three rules that do not bend
The signer signs
Every signer has to be there in person with valid ID. No signing for someone who is not in the room, no matter who asks.
No legal advice
We will not tell you which form to use or what a clause means. We will tell you honestly when you need a lawyer.
Your business stays yours
What is in your documents is not discussed with anyone. The journal records the act, not the contents.
