What we notarize

Everything below happens at your address, at a time you pick. Print, travel and witnesses can be arranged when you need them.

Real estate loan signings

Refinance, purchase, HELOC, seller package, reverse mortgage and loan modification. We print the package, tab it, walk the borrower through it, and get it back to escrow or title on schedule. Scanbacks available.

Powers of attorney

New York statutory short form power of attorney, including the gifts rider. Health care proxy and living will as well. The POA form has its own witness rules, so tell us in advance and we will arrange them.

Affidavits, oaths and jurats

Sworn statements for court, employers, schools, insurers and immigration filings. Affidavits of support, residency, identity, single status, and lost documents.

Deeds and property documents

Deeds, mortgage satisfactions, lien releases, easements and transfer forms. We know what county clerks reject, so nothing goes out with a blank date or a missing venue.

Hospital, rehab and facility signings

Bedside notarizations at hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers and correctional facilities. The signer must be alert, aware of what they are signing, and able to communicate directly with us.

Trust and estate documents

Trust certifications, deeds into trust, and related paperwork prepared by your attorney. Wills need care in New York, so bring your attorney's instructions with you.

Minor travel consent

Consent letters for a child traveling with one parent or another adult. Airlines and border agents ask for these more than people expect.

I-9 employment verification

Remote hire in New York and no HR person nearby? We can act as an authorized representative to complete Section 2 of Form I-9 and inspect original documents.

Vehicle and DMV paperwork

Auto title transfers, bills of sale, odometer statements and lien paperwork. Bring the title and the ID that matches it.

Documents headed for apostille

We notarize documents that are going overseas. The apostille itself is issued by the New York Department of State, and we will tell you exactly what they need before you send it.

What it costs

Two numbers on every invoice

New York State sets the fee for the notarial act itself. It is a small, fixed amount per signature notarized, and no notary in the state can charge more than that for the act.

The second number is travel and time. That is what covers the trip to your address, the after hours slot, the printing, and the wait if the file is late. It is quoted up front as a flat number before you book, and it does not change on the day.

Loan signing packages are quoted per package, not per signature. Print, scanback and shipping drop are included or itemized, whichever you prefer.

  • Flat quote confirmed in writing before the appointment
  • Travel fee scales with distance, not with document count
  • Evening, weekend and rush slots priced up front
  • No charge if we cannot legally complete the notarization
  • Card, transfer and cash accepted
  • Invoices available for title companies and employers

A notary public is not an attorney. We cannot draft your document, choose the form for you, or advise you on what to sign. For that, talk to a lawyer.

Before we arrive

Have these three things ready

Unsigned documents

Do not sign ahead of time. We have to watch the signature happen. Bring every page, not just the notary page.

Valid photo ID

Unexpired, government issued, with a photo and signature. The name on the ID has to match the name on the document.

Anyone else who signs

Every signer needs to be present with their own ID. If the form requires witnesses, tell us early so we can bring them.

Next step

Send us the details
